Policies

a $150 deposit as well as a signed bridal contract are required in order to reserve your wedding date. the deposit is refundable and will be put towards your total balance.

cancellation or changing of agreed upon services must be made at least 60 days prior the the client's reserved date.

the current accepted forms of payment are cash, venmo. apple pay, zelle, or card. checks are not premitted. 

travel investment is determined using gps-estimated drive time for the wedding date and arrival window. rates are finalized at booking and are not adjusted due to day-of traffic changes. travel investment rates can be found on the pricing page. an early morning fee will be applied for start times at or before 7am to account for pre-dawn travel and set up involved in starting services during non-standard hours.

all parking or valet fees will be added to the invoice before the final payment is collected.

for weddings located more than 180 minutes (3 hours) round trip or requiring out-of-state travel, overnight accommodations are required. a customized travel investment cost will be created upon inquiry. all lodging will be secured by the stylist to ensure proximity, safety, and reliability.

all bridal previews will take place at studio a3 in Howell, MI Tuesdays-Fridays.

all clients must adhere to the stylist's provide prep insturctions. clean and dry hair is required for all services.

stylist will provide all necessary hair products and tools. there must be ample counter space and lighting are available in the designated getting ready area as well as 3 feet of accessible room around the client receiving services.
