1. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be booked online or directly by contacting Olivia Vitale. You agree to provide accurate contact information when scheduling.
Cancellations: We ask for at least 24-48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice may result in a charge of 50% of the service cost.

2. Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled service if proper notice is given.
Final payment is due at the time of service.
We accept Cash, Card, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple-Pay.

3. Refunds and Service Adjustments

All service sales are final.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate and offer a reasonable solution or adjustment.
Product purchase may be exchanged only if unused and in original condition, within 7 days.

4. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.

5. Health and Safetly

Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditons that may affect your service.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your health or safetly.
